Australia – An Internet Project Great news! You and friend have won the first prize in competition: free flight to an Australian city of your choice! But thats not all. You also get 3000 Australian dollars which you can spend on accomodation, food, tickets, etc. You can go at any time of the year for one week. As group, you must decide on the Australian city you and your friends like best. Then you must plan your trip day by day. Your tasks 1. With your partners, search the internet and look for information on Australia. 2. Then choose „your city and collect information you need for your trip (important and interesting facts and figures, climate and weather, special sights and tourist attractions, sports, shopping, costs, etc.) 3. 4. Again with your partners, develop daybyday plan for your one week holiday. Where will you stay Which places will you visit What will you do in the evenings Where and what will you eat? What about doing some shopping? 5. Prepare your presentation to the class (until Thursday, 29th September). It should be computer presentation (power point). Speak freely and clearly.
