Adverbs Adverbien beschreiben das Verb. Zum Beispiel: das Verb «rennen», wie rennt er? er rennt schnell. He runs quickly. Meistens enden Adverbien auf – ly es gibt aber Ausnahmen. Viele Adjektive werden ly zu Adverbien Z.B. happy (A happy boy) happily (he smiles happily) Weitere Beispiele: The boy cries sadly. She sings nicely. You write beautifully. He touches her cheek softly. You did that well. (good wird zu well) (goodly gibt es NICHT) Mach aus dem Adjektiv im ersten Satz ein Adverb: z.B. sad boy. The boy criessadly_. a) nice song.
