A real adventure Mike Cathy Nick Cathy: Nothings going to stop us having real adventure this afternoon. Nick: Hey, Ive got an idea – why dont we go out in your new boat, Mike? Mike: There are only two lifejackets. But nothing is going to happen to us. Nick: This is bit too much like hard work. Can someone else have go? Mike: Hurry up you two, want to get going. Cathy: Lets find out how far we can go. Im sure we can make it to the other side of the lake. Nick: Well, lets try. Mike: think we should go back to the shore. Cathy: am really afraid. Nick: So am I. We havent got enough time to get back to shore before Cathy: Cant you paddle harder? Im worried. Mike Im paddling as hard as can. Who wants the lifejackets? dont need one, am good swimmer. Nick: Can we get hold of the boat and pull it back with us? Cathy: No, its too dangerous. Nick: Gosh its cold! Mike: Cathy, are you still there? Cathy: not far! Im okay. Well make it! Its Cathy: Next time, lets make sure we have safe adventures! Mike: hope we get the boat back!
